I'm super impressed that someone was able to ride a bike and carry that giant box at the same time. Clearly, this person has a lot more coordination skills than I do. :)
And, I don't think I can be any help in identifying your mysterious vegetable. I would agree and say it's a cabbage, but beyond that, I don't think I can help much! Did you ever figure out what it is/ what to do with it?
